
The Best Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing
Jul 03, 2025Caesar salad has always been one of my faves! But it's traditionally made using animal products like eggs, anchovies, and parmesan cheese. In this recipe, we're using tahini as the base which gives it a nice creamy texture and adds some healthy fat. As a bonus, this recipe is oil-free. Use this on salads, bowls, or even as a dip!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2-3 cloves fresh garlic (I LOVE garlic, you can start with 1 clove if you don't want it to be too strong)
- Lemon juice (1/2 a lemon)
- 1-2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tbsp capers, diced
- 1 tbsp caper brine
- Water (add 1 tbsp at a time as needed)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except water and seasoning. Add a tbsp of water at a time to thin out dressing until you reach the desired consistency. Season to taste. Enjoy!
